System of voltage detection (VDS) is a system designed for the detection of presence of phase voltages of HV circuit. In case of VDS 002 we talk about internal built-in VDS designed for HV networks with the voltage from 6 to 12 kV.

System of voltage detection (VDS) is a system designed for the detection of presence of phase voltages of HV circuit. In case of VDS 002 we talk about internal built-in VDS designed for HV networks with the voltage from 6 to 12 kV.

VDS 002 consists of the set of sensors VS 10AN.NB, cabling and evaluation unit VDS 002. VDS 002 is designed for the assembly into internal distribution boxes.

The length of cabling can be adjusted to customer's requirements. The evaluation unit VDS 002 is equiped with the plastic system for mounting on the wall of HV distributor. Outputs on the outer side of evaluation unit VDS 002 are equiped with the compact blind flange..

VDS 002 is, apart from VDS 002, equiped with relay inputs. VDS 002 consists of 2 relays to which yellow indicator diodes on the front panel of evaluation unit belong. Yellow indicator diodes in the switch-on mode signal relay in the switch-on state. Relay R1 in in the switch-on state when the voltage is in all phases. Relay R2 in in the switch-on state when the voltage is not in all phases, in other cases none of the relays is switched on. Relays control the auxiliary voltage which is in the range of 18 - 275 Vac (Vdc). Green diode on the front panel of evaluation unit indicates the presence of auxiliary voltage.

System of detection VDS 002 met requirements of standard ČSN EN 61243 - 5 and voltage requirements of standard 1516.3 - 96
